Henrik has extensive experience in leading strategic change projects in both the private and public sectors. His work ranges from consulting leaders with strategic responsibilities and facilitating change projects to designing internal leadership development programs.

Henrik also teaches in CfL's board education programs, as well as in open courses and programs.

Henrik has many years of consulting experience, offering leadership advisory services and managing analysis and strategy projects for both private and public organizations. In addition, he has leadership experience from both sectors. For several years, he has taught organizational development and transformation at the Danish School of Public Administration.
