Michael has more than 15 years of experience as an consultant and coach for leaders in large private and public organizations. He has previously started his own company, worked in both large and small consulting firms, served as an HR team leader, and taught in the Diploma in Leadership program. Michael specializes in process development, strategy development, facilitation, team development, leadership development, developing leadership teams, change management, and individual coaching/mentoring.

He is also the author of two books published by Danish Psychological Publishers (2013 and 2016).

• NOVO NORDISK, R&D ACADEMY – Designed and taught the "Lead the People" development program for team leaders and department managers in R&D globally. Instruction was delivered in English.
• LEO PHARMA – STRATEGY PROCESS IN CORPORATE LEGAL – Developed processes, led leadership workshops, and facilitated strategy workshops.
• REGION H, STENO DIABETES CENTER – Coached leadership teams and facilitated strategy workshops for doctors and nurses.
• ATP – STRATEGY PROCESS IN CORPORATE LEGAL – Developed processes and facilitated strategy workshops, including conducting interviews with senior leadership.
• NOVO NORDISK, RESEARCH CENTER OXFORD – Facilitated a development process for the leadership team, with planned leadership training scheduled for the fall.
