The ability to lead change is more important than ever

Changes and transformations are essential in order to maintain healthy organizations and ensure sustainable growth. This is nothing new. However, the frequency with which the changes occur – and the speed at which they can happen – is unmatched in history due to technological progress.

This sets new standards for change leadership. As a change leader, you face high complexity, a high pace, and you also need to prioritise the well-being of your team members, employees and stakeholders. Transformational processes are likely to encounter some pushback, and part of your task is to address resistance, inspire motivation and make sure everyone is on the same page.

During this two-day intensive leadership training course, you will get valuable insights into the fundamentals of effective change leadership, gain a better understanding of your own role, and learn how to collaborate with stakeholders in order to drive successful transformations. You will be provided with the tools needed to navigate change and make sure that everyone involved is aligned and moving in the same direction.

Leading Change and Transformations is an intensive leadership training course that provides key insights into effective change leadership.

You will learn to manage your role as a change leader, and how to succeed with transformations in a way that addresses possible challenges associated with organizational changes, takes into account the needs of the stakeholders involved, and supports the strategic direction of the organization.
