The Power of Personality
We will be exploring the crucial role of personality and emotional intelligence in effective organisational leadership.
This experience will empower you to develop leadership skills that drive impactful, people-centered growth.
BAPT and CfL have joined forces for an event you won’t want to miss. We are so looking forward to jointly hosting a Type conference for anyone working with, or interested in, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence. As co-chairs, we would love to welcome you to this event. As Type professionals and enthusiasts, we have all waited too long for a chance to be together in-person at a European venue.
Copenhagen is a beautiful city, and CfL has a perfect venue for us. We will have the chance to engage, connect, and learn from so many experts in this field. The line-up of speakers is outstanding, and the opportunity to support each other in using Type theory in a practical and meaningful way is amazing.
We are delighted to have put together a well-balanced programme with speakers from around the world. Their biographies are a testament to their expertise which we can all learn from, not only in their sessions, but in the all-important casual conversations that are inevitable at in-person events and invaluable to add to our skills.
If you have any questions at all, please contact:
Please do join us if you can. We are looking forward to a very enlightening and enjoyable two days.
