Courses in HR and Competence Development

Registration is binding. Any cancellation or replacement must be in writing in accordance with the following guidelines to forretningssupport@cfl.dk 

Cancellation

Up to 7 weeks before the start of the course you can, free of charge, unsubscribe the course or be moved to a later or another course. If cancellation or moving the course is later than 7 weeks before the start of the course, you will be charged a fee calculated as follows of the invoice amount:

• 7 - 2 weeks before the course starts: 35 %
• Later than 2 weeks before the course starts: 100 %

Replacement

It is accepted that the company replaces the registered participant with another qualified candidate up to 10 days before the course starts. Please note, that the colleague needs to meet the conditions for participation.

In case of cancellation

In order to ensure an acceptable quality of our courses, we reserve the right to cancel courses, for example if a lack of participants means that individual participants do not receive maximum benefit from the course. In this case we offer a place on the next course.

We reserve the right to cancel courses if the instructor gets sick or similar, including force majeure. In this case we offer a place on the next course.

If CfL offers to complete the course within a reasonable time, the customer will not have remedies on the occation of cancellation.

Price

Course price includes meals and materials. For residential courses the price also includes accommodation unless otherwise is stated in the course description. The price is excl. VAT. The invoice will be sent approx. 5 weeks before the course starts. CfL reserves the right to change prices and make reservations for any printing errors.
