How to navigate the new realities: is your organization on track?
Executive Summit
The world is becoming more and more uncertain, so there is every reason to refocus on how we handle the immediate threats as well as the opportunities we face.
Welcome to the must-attend summit of the year, offering unique insights into the geopolitical and managerial challenges set to redefine your strategic landscape and the way your organization can thrive despite all the turbulence. What does this require of you as an executive?
It is with great pleasure that we can present two powerhouse speakers from international research and politics. You will meet:
By Jeppe Kofod, former Foreign Minister
Our geopolitical and security agenda is changing almost daily, and there is no doubt that Europe and Denmark are under tremendous pressure, but what are the biggest threats?
As a former Foreign Minister, Jeppe Kofod offers you a unique interpretation of the new world order. You will receive his personal perspectives on the current situation (as of May 2025), but he does not just talk about the threat scenario. What changes and transformations are called for? What new opportunities will arise? Politically as well as commercially?
Jeppe Kofod was Denmark's Foreign Minister from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, he was a member of the European and the Danish Parliament. Today, he is the founder of the consultancy firm Kofod Global, based in Brussels. He is also a member of the board of directors for several organizations, including the Ukrainian energy company NPC Ukrenergo, and he is a non-resident distinguished Senior Fellow at Atlantic Council.
By Bernd Vogel, Professor in Leadership at Henley Business School
As a company, adapting your strategies in turbulent times is one step. But how do you know your organization is thriving collectively when transforming towards the new direction and going for healthy performance?
In this presentation, Bernd Vogel will engage you with analysing the shared energy of your business in new realities – to move from alignment to aligned action taking (or not…). Building on this, he will also share the latest research and recommendations on dynamics in successful top management teams as the nucleus for dealing with turbulence. And what does this mean for you as a member of a senior team?
Professor Dr Bernd Vogel is Founding Director of Henley Centre for Leadership UK & Henley Centre for Leadership Africa, and Research Division Lead at Henley Business School, University of Reading. He is a visiting professor at the University of Johannesburg and holds an Honorary Chair Professorship in Organizational Leadership, Woxsen University, India.
Bernd has worked for more than 25 years with global companies, business schools and universities. His expertise focuses on strategic leadership to mobilise and maintain healthy organizational energy and performance, future of work and leadership, transformation, change and culture, and executive development.
At the executive summit, we will explore agendas tailored for leaders with executive or business responsibilities.
You will receive a personal invitation to the event. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to pass the invitation on to a senior executive on your board of directors.
The event will feature a delicious dinner and networking opportunities.
